Yes, HIGHLAND FLOWERS can provide flower substitutions, depending upon availability. During high-order volume holidays, such as Mother's Day, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Typically, the closer florists get to Mother's Day, the more orders we have and flower supplies quickly run out.

When should I schedule my flower delivery?
Place your orders early to beat the crowds! Select the flowers you love and set the delivery date in advance to ensure you can get your mother's favorite flowers. During Mother's Day, we receive a high volume of flower orders.
When you place an order too close to Mother's Day, you risk having to select a different product or make flower substitutions. This is due to flower supplies running low with many orders to fill. Waiting for supply trucks after our supplies have dwindled can also be unpredictable.

Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
If you are sending flowers to your mother or to yourself and nobody's there we recommend that you provide additional delivery instructions during the online ordering process. It is up to you if you would like your flowers delivered to a specific address. Do whatever you find convenient for you. We enjoy getting to meet and greet our customers when they walk into HIGHLAND FLOWERS. While you are in the shop, you can always feel free to ask us any questions you may have or inquire about future arrangements.
Can I request a flower substitution in my Valentine’s Day arrangement?
HIGHLAND FLOWERS would love to provide you with the flowers you desire. If you are interested in customizing or substituting specific flowers or flower colors in your arrangement, please contact us to provide more details concerning your request. Oftentimes, during this special occasion, various flower types can go out of stock and we will be waiting for our delivery truck. If your flowers of choice are available, we would be glad to provide you with that personalization. During high order volume holidays, we encourage you to place your order in advance or as soon as possible to secure your specific arrangement or requests.
Will my flowers be delivered even if no one is home?
When you place your order with HIGHLAND FLOWERS, you have the ability to provide instructions for our delivery drivers. Select a date of delivery that is best for you.
